Mindful Meditation

The joy of mindful meditation  is of calmness or harmony as a natural aspect of the mind. It will affect all aspects of your life. The small joys will feel grand.Through mindful meditation practices we are  developing and strengthening it, and eventually we are able to remain peaceful in our mind without struggling. Our mind naturally feels content. It all begins with creating the right environment.The place where you meditate, even if it’s only a small space, should have a  feeling of light and sacredness. You should meditate in a place that is not too noisy or disturbing, and you should not be in a situation where your mind is going to be easily provoked into anger or jealousy or other emotions.

If you are disturbed or irritated, then your practice is going to be affected. Wishing you mindful meditation. and I wish you peace. Katherine
